A processing solution was needed to eliminate noise caused by the friction of metal parts in the structure of seats and accessories for vehicles.

Solution

Upon taking on this request, our technical team studied the various components and sought to create a tailored coating. By using a calibrated hardness mixture and calculating the optimal thickness, we successfully met these requirements. Anticipating relatively high production volumes, special attention was also given to designing and creating custom equipment, which significantly reduced production costs, making this treatment more advantageous and preferable compared to previously used solutions.
