The client requested coating and protecting parts of structures used for manufacturing containers for the storage and handling of automotive components, to prevent scratching or damaging extremely delicate and costly body parts.

Solution

Given the variety of items, which differed greatly in shape and material types, we had to develop a particularly effective blend that would adapt to the specific characteristics of the pieces to be coated. Our technicians invested significant resources in fine-tuning the various production cycles, tailored to each type of item. This approach fully met the end client’s needs, ensuring adequate thicknesses and complete protection against potential damage during use. Thanks to the knowledge gained in this new sector, we were later able to directly supply some components with improvements that ensured better results and lower costs.
