Fittings Projects
At the request of a multinational company in the compressed air distribution sector, we designed and manufactured sixteen new items to be introduced to the market.
Starting from the client’s needs, and with the support of our technical team, we analyzed the project in detail and identified the best production techniques suitable for the production batches, ensuring the optimal balance between initial costs (equipment, molds) and the cost of the finished product.
By combining four different technologies and utilizing our expertise in surface finishing, we created high-quality certified products that passed the industry’s strict tests.
The production cycle was designed to ensure traceability of the processing of each individual item, giving the client full control over all the fittings produced.
Window and Door Frame Sector Projects
A client who produces aluminum window and door frames asked us for technical support to improve the components of a mechanism related to an innovative insect screen.
The project developed through several phases, including listening to and analyzing the client’s problem, reviewing the components currently in use, and studying new components that could be replicated using the latest available technologies.
Our expertise in mechanical processing, surface treatments, and assembly techniques allowed us to create a product that met the client’s needs.
Functional tests and resistance trials were successfully passed already in the prototyping phase.
